Fragments Broad St. Manchester ’60 ’13
We bought a yellow and green Rambler here in the early ’60 Broad St a bustling street with many stores leading to the Parkade that 1/2 of is still there but half is bulldozed, yet Main St. Downtown still survives. An anomaly as many malls suck the humanity out of downtowns? Change is continuous yet sometimes it seems like a sundial on steroids. Now the bulldozers flatten most of the past, hope C-J’s Giant Grinders survives. Manchester has a new Mall Huge Mall where you can get anything you want except community. Further from downtown yet downtown still thrives. Well off to Manchester to visit with friends and go to no malls. enjoy pjc

Fragments, the Road Traveled
I’ve been riding the same road for a long time. Older now a grandpa I watch the little ones at the market always looking up everything is new “eh, eh,” with a point of the finger. I have learned a lot from my granddaughter and the kids at the market. But not which way to turn? Does anyone know which way to turn? I wonder about being young what memories are left and what new ones to create. “eh eh” enjoy pjc
