Sept. 19 late afternoon looking almost into the sun using one hand as a lens hood I made this image. Problem with many Zoom lenses you can’t put a hood on them because the varying focal length either will vignette on the wide end of the lens or not cover enough to prevent flare. This tool may be made I just haven’t seen one. An asst. holding a steno pad works best. I don’t like to shoot with one hand at less than 1/250. I know some cameras have auto stabilizer but I still prefer prime lens and film. enjoy pjc
Fall Colors
Out to Lebanon Green looking for clusters of color, but color is everywhere like these tall grasses. Look up or down but look at the golden hour this one at 6:38 pm when the sun is very warm [kelvin] an orange glow. Abstract. enjoy pjc

Zooming into Fall Flowers
I’d like to say what kind of flowers these are but it won’t come to me at the moment. Not sure if this is a “Fragment” or one of 1000’s of flowers I have shot. Just love the colors. Thanks Jeannette Tuvey for reminding me of an old none Post Process abstract. enjoy pjc
