Cool!! How did you get that rainbow effect? Is this a long exposure?

I am pretty sure it is a lens anomaly. Used a flash to add more light to lower bushes and exposure is in the 1/25 of a sec at F- 5.6. Was out at sunset yesterday shooting what will be my last roll of Kodachrome. Similar exposures but much colder. Hope my mono pod handled the shiver. enjoy pjc
PS the rainbow is around a street light. the moon is just above the tree line. pjc
