Nightfall on Schenectady
The New Journey is of Faces from either side of the tracks. I’m starting with a poem and a non people photo although all my photos are of people. Look hard there is humanity here.
The journey is long
With many bends
Looking forward you’re
Not able to see
What comes next
Looking back
Each day the
Past has changed
Perception is reality
I know that for a fact
Each time you look back
Everything is different
Yet nothing has changed.
With many bends
Looking forward you’re
Not able to see
What comes next
Looking back
Each day the
Past has changed
Perception is reality
I know that for a fact
Each time you look back
Everything is different
Yet nothing has changed.

Peter! What a poem, about life. And the journeys in life. Life as a journey, a multitude of new pictures and thoughts, a railroad festival, connections to people on the train and the past too. I love to be back and look at what you have been up to, I’m a bit jealous, cause I’d love to travel through America, all by myself but not alone:)
Talk to you soon, I’ll be soon back in the tracks of my blog but have been recovering from the photographic congress of the FIAP in Slovakia where I had to play Misses Secretary smalltalks with everyone…though I had the opportunity to shoot some photos in a touristic village where you had to pay attention not to get one of the 150 photographers/congress participants on the photo too, I’m glad to be back and able to look at things without having to comment on them immediately, well, except your art:)
love
Andrea
