Hey Peter,
I enjoy your site and look forward to more pics from the Cajun/Zydeco Fest.

What a great picture, capturing the spirit of a Fest, making me want to dance with these people, swing my skirt like the woman in front with the flowerskirt! And I’d love to know how Jambalaya crawfish pie tastes, yummy. What a name, it sings!
Also, these people dancing look so relaxed, I’m amazed to see all women wearing sneakers or other FLAT shoes, here in Paris (and France in general, at least compared to Germany) the women tend to wear high heels all the time, at dance or in the street or at work, it is the same. I’d feel totally at home in your picture with my flat heels:)
Thanks for taking us there!

LOL, thanks so much Peter, to watch the cartoon and listen to this song was the fun part (and I recognized you, you’re the guy with the banjo, aren’t you:)
Then comes the tricky part: what a recipe! It looks good and a bit like a spanish paella and one day, when I can bring up the courage, I’ll do this! Love the word Jambalaya,
love
